The motor hub unit developed by NSK and equipped with variable pitch mechanism is used in this large UAV verification test machine, which can adjust the angle of attack of the blade while supporting the high-speed rotation of the blade, so as to change the thrust or lift.


The motor hub unit equipped with variable pitch mechanism can support blade rotation and accurately adjust blade angle of attack. It uses high-quality angular contact ball bearings, thrust needle roller bearings, ball screws and other products produced by NSK. Through these high-performance products, it is possible for UAV to achieve the best energy efficiency while obtaining high response thrust (lift), which is helpful to improve the stability and range of UAV.
